Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Faculty is responsible for taking regular classes as well as doubt classes, developing questions for the purpose of Assignments, Practice Questions, Test Papers and Daily Practice Worksheets etc.
  2. Conducting extra classes as and when required to help weak students or to give more grilling to good students.
  3. Complete the entire syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction of students, parents and the management.
  4. Keep upgrading the knowledge base by studying new and revised books on the subject.
  5. Actively participate and contribute in the activities like Training sessions, Demo sessions, Workshops and other knowledge enhancement activities organized by the management time to time.
  6. Innovative techniques and execution of guidelines for result oriented teaching methodology
  7. Any other work assigned by the management on day today basis


 Qualifications and Education Requirements

       1.    B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.SC/Ph.D. (Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology/ Mathematics) from reputed colleges/ Universities.

        2.   Those who are enrolled in the final year of the above-mentioned courses can also apply.

Candidate must possess the following:

  • Passion for teaching
  • Ability to think differently with innovative teaching ideas who can teach from fundamentals.
  • Ability to develop & maintain effective working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.

Class XIth and  Class XIIth entire C.B.S.E Syllabus & also, candidates can refer to previous years question papers of NEET for (Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany) and JEE for (Maths).
